Please Note:
Refundable €300 Security deposit payable on arrival less any charges for extras or damage.
Minimum two night stay at all times and different nightly price applies for bank holiday weekends/christmas week etc
We do not rent for Christmas or New years Eve or day.
Heating oil usage will be charged at the current commercial rate based on metered usage.
Please note: External unpaid guests are not permitted under any circumstances.
